Job SummaryWe’re hiring a full-time, hourly Assembler to take our custom stainless-steel commercial kitchen equipment through the final stage—fit-up, assembly, and finishing. In this hands-on role, you’ll install and align counters, cabinets, conveyors, millwork panels, and sneeze guards, and support light electrical wiring, plumbing connections, and refrigeration-related assembly as needed. The craftsmanship you bring to each build is the final impression our customers see—and the quality they count on every day.
Key Responsibilities- Perform final assembly of custom stainless-steel counters, cabinets, and conveyors
- Install millwork panels, sneeze guards, and equipment components
- Use hand tools and power tools to assemble products to print and specifications
- Assist with assembly tasks involving electrical wiring, plumbing connections, and related components (as required)
- Read and review drawings; ask questions to ensure correct fit and finish
- Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet Servco standards
- Keep a clean, safe, and organized workspace
- Collaborate with the fabrication team to meet production schedules and deadlines
- Working knowledge of 120/208/240V electrical and ability to route/run proper wire for equipment
- Ability to cut and size copper, work with Pro Press, and solder unions/fittings
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot basic issues during assembly
- Comfort working with stainless steel during final fit-up of counters/cabinets/conveyors
- Ability to follow detailed instructions, work independently, and contribute to a team environment
- Physically able to stand for long periods, lift materials, and perform repetitive assembly tasks
