Fabrication, Production QC/QA
In this role, you will impact the quality and efficiency of our manufacturing operations by accurately fabricating components, troubleshooting fabrication issues, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to meet production goals.
Responsibilities- Perform intermediate fabrication tasks including cutting, shaping, assembling, and other materials according to detailed blueprints and work orders.
- Operate fabrication machinery and hand/power tools safely and efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Inspect fabricated components and assemblies for quality and adherence to specifications, identifying and reporting any defects or discrepancies.
- Assist in troubleshooting fabrication processes and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and quality.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and company procedures.
- Experience in fabrication or manufacturing environments with demonstrated ability to perform intermediate fabrication tasks.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting detailed blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions.
- Strong knowledge of operating fabrication machinery, hand tools, and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Ability to inspect and ensure quality standards are met, with attention to detail in identifying defects.
- Basic troubleshooting skills to support fabrication process improvements.
- Experience operating saws.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a fabrication or manufacturing role.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and willingness to learn and adapt.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to safety and quality standards.
- Experience with horizontal and vertical bearing press operation.
