Job SummaryServco is looking for a dependable Press Brake Operator to join our manufacturing team. This is a full‑time, day‑shift position for someone who enjoys working with their hands, learning new skills, and producing accurate, high‑quality parts.
Press brake or sheet metal experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person. Candidates with manufacturing, machine operating, welding, fabrication, construction, automotive, or other hands‑on experience are encouraged to apply.
Training will be provided for candidates who have the right work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities- Set up and operate a press brake to bend and form sheet metal parts
- Read and follow shop drawings, blueprints, and work instructions
- Measure parts and check work for accuracy
- Learn bend sequences, angles, and basic programming
- Use basic math and measuring tools to confirm dimensions
- Inspect completed parts for quality and consistency
- Communicate with supervisors and team members when questions or issues come up
- Keep work area clean, safe, and organized
- Follow company safety procedures and quality standards
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Good attention to detail
- Basic math and measuring skills
- Ability to read a tape measure
- Ability to work safely in a shop environment
- Positive attitude and team‑first mindset
The following experience is helpful, but not required:
- Press brake operation
- Blueprint or shop drawing reading
- Stainless steel fabrication
- Manufacturing or production experience
- Use of calipers, squares, tape measures, or other measuring tools
