Assembler; Manufacturing

Position: Assembler (Manufacturing)
Location: St. Louis

Are you good at working with your hands? Do you know how to use hand tools, read blueprints & schematics, move quickly, and pay attention to details? Are you never absent and get to work ON TIME? Do you have a positive attitude and work well on a team? Do you read and write English, and can you push & lift at least 35 lbs.?

If the answer to these questions is YES, we are looking for YOU! A downtown St. Louis-based manufacturer is seeking detail-oriented professionals to fill Assembler positions in its furniture manufacturing operations. Qualified candidates will possess knowledge of and experience in assembling parts & subassemblies, using hand tools, and reading schematics & instructions. Must also have 18 months of verifiable experience, a positive attitude, and enjoy working in a team environment.

Knowledge of inventory control and material handling and forklift certification is a plus. We have a FULL BENEFIT package that includes:

Align metal, wood, or upholstery assemblies. Inspects assemblies for tolerance. Material handling and packing. Shipping and receiving. Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
