Packaging Technician - Night Shift

Work as a High‑Performance Team member supporting all aspects of team performance in order to produce a high‑quality product in a safe environment while complying to all Haleon policies and procedures in accordance with FDA regulations.

• Operate the packaging lines in the packaging department on a daily basis.
• Perform routine quality checks to ensure that the products are in accordance with the specification.
• Perform routine safety checks to ensure that the equipment is in a safe condition for operation.
• Ensure processes quality and compliance in accordance with established procedures and standards of the Quality System.
• Comply with and support the Haleon Environmental, Health and Safety policies and procedures.
• Achieve performance target for packaging lines.
• Participate in RCA for deviations, problems and breakdowns that occur on equipment.
• Perform and assist with preventative maintenance and autonomous maintenance on packaging production lines.
• Perform and assist with packaging production lines change overs to meet department needs.
• Perform and assist with 5S and cleaning activities to always meet good manufacturing practices.
• SAP functions – batch reconciliation, cycle count, material movements, confirmation, and inventory control.

• High School diploma.
• 1+ year in a production environment.

• Associates or Technical Degree/Certification.

Nights – Monday to Thursday 8:00pm – 6:30am.
