SUPERVISORY DUTIES: None

• Duties are assigned as needed and are based upon the individual knowledge, skills, and abilities.
• Shipping and receiving products.
• Setting up and/or breaking down and cleaning mills.
• Filling, labeling or packaging product as well as general housekeeping duties.
• Clean or fill equipment and tanks and proper storage of equipment upon completion.
• Handles hazardous and non-hazardous wastes.
• Utilizes a satellite accumulation container.
• Operating a forklift and/or other material handling equipment as needed.
• Maintain good practice of safety and housekeeping procedures.
• Contributes to efforts for continuous improvement and reduction of costs/waste.

• Qualified candidates must be able to read and understand written instructions and capable of calculating weights and measurements.
• Maintain a neat, conscientious, quality of work.
• Knowledge/Ability to commit to a safe, healthful workplace.
• Maintain good attendance record.

• Must possess strong interpersonal skills.
• Be able to handle frequent interruptions.
• Maintain a calm demeanor when confronted with conflict.

• The ability to communicate orally with customers, vendors, management, and other co-workers is crucial.
• Hearing and vision within normal ranges is essential for normal conversations, to receive ordinary information and to prepare or inspect documents.
• Must be able to position self to maintain and operate equipment.
• Heavy lifting is expected; exertion of up to 80 lbs. of force required.
• Good manual dexterity for the use of equipment.
• Ability to regularly squat and return to standing without assistance.
• Ability to regularly ascend and descend stairs.
