- Responsibilities:
Perform a full range of complex skilled welding and fabrication duties for a metal recycling shredder and other industrial equipment;
Read, interpret, and follow blueprints, job drawings, schematics, and welding symbols to determine layout requirements;
Perform layout and fit-up of structural components including platforms, stairs, supports, columns, beams, stiffeners, etc.;
Ability to use a variety of welding and fabricating equipment safely and effectively;
Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly working area/shop; assist other team members as needed
