River City Litho is looking for an experienced Bindery Equipment Operator to join our growing production team.
If you enjoy hands-on work, take pride in producing high-quality printed materials, and have experience operating commercial bindery equipment, we'd love to hear from you.
We're looking for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where teamwork and quality matter.
What You'll Do- Set up and operate bindery equipment, including MBO Folders, Muller Martini Saddle Stitchers, UV Coaters, and Hydraulic Paper Cutters
- Read and follow job tickets to ensure accurate production
- Monitor quality throughout production and make machine adjustments as needed
- Complete production and maintenance documentation
- Prepare finished products for shipping and mailing
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Experience operating one or more commercial bindery machines
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Good communication and time management skills
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and remain active throughout the shift
