Receiving and Kitting Specialist

The Receiving and Kitting Specialist will oversee receiving, inspecting, organizing, and handling inventory within our St. Louis, MO facility. Daily tasks include managing receiving operations, verifying and recording deliveries, maintaining inventory accuracy, and organizing materials for assembly trial kits. This is an on-site, full-time position that requires attention to detail, time management and collaboration with other departments to ensure efficient operations in support of production objectives.

• Experience with Shipping & Receiving and Inventory Control workflows
• Proficiency in Computer Literacy, including data entry in inventory management systems
• Preferred proficiency in Forklift Operation (certification preferred or willingness to obtain)
• Strong Customer Service skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management abilities
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or trade certifications are a plus
• Ability to lift and move materials as required for the role
• Previous experience in manufacturing or distribution is preferred
