Location: St. Louis
Position Overview
Signing bonus of $1,500
: $500 after 3 months, $500 after 6 months, and the remaining $500 after one year of employment.

As a Packer, you will help ensure our high‑quality plastic products are packaged with care and ready to ship worldwide. As a Packer, you are responsible for inspecting and packaging plastic products, ensuring they meet quality standards and are ready for shipment.
Key Responsibilities- Inspect finished plastic products for defects, such as cracks, deformities, or color inconsistencies.
- Package plastic products according to specifications, including selecting appropriate packaging materials and ensuring proper sealing.
- Label packages accurately with product information and any necessary warning labels.
- Monitor and maintain production line efficiency by identifying and resolving any packaging or production issues.
- Communicate any quality concerns or issues to supervisors and collaborate on solutions.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including disposing of waste materials and adhering to safety guidelines.
- Monitor and control inventory of packaging materials and notify supervisors when supplies need to be replenished.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or packaging role preferred.
- Attention to detail and the ability to spot defects or inconsistencies.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and record‑keeping.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift/move heavy objects as needed.
