Aerotek - - Responsibilities:
Design, build, modify, repair, and maintain tooling such as tools, dies, fixtures, gauges, and related production tooling to meet precise specifications;
Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, CAD models, GD&T and other technical documents to ensure accurate tooling fabrication and repair;
Operate CNC and manual machining equipment including mills, lathes, grinders, EDM, and drill presses to produce tooling components;
Use precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, height gauges) to verify dimensions and tooling accuracy;
Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to support stamping, molding, and other manufacturing operations; maintain records and support continuous improvement
