St. Louis, MOSalary: $65,000–$95,000+ (Compensation based on experience)

Position Summary Reporting to the VP of Engineering, the Manufacturing Engineer is a hands-on role responsible for implementing, improving, and maintaining manufacturing processes and equipment. This position partners closely with production and maintenance teams to improve quality, increase efficiency, troubleshoot manufacturing issues, and support new and existing production processes.
Responsibilities Develop, implement, analyze, and improve manufacturing processes and systems.
Document and optimize existing manufacturing methods.
Diagnose and resolve manufacturing and production issues using root cause analysis.
Recommend process improvements to increase quality, productivity, and efficiency.
Support production and maintenance teams with technical problem-solving.
Assist with machine setup and troubleshooting equipment failures.
Investigate and resolve product specification deviations.
Inspect parts during production to ensure compliance with engineering specifications.
Support continuous improvement initiatives throughout the facility.
Maintain professional working relationships across departments.
Handle confidential engineering and manufacturing information appropriately.
Qualifications Required Bachelor 's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
Strong understanding of engineering principles and manufacturing processes.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaborate across departments.
Preferred Experience in metal fabrication and welded assemblies.
Experience with manufacturing process improvement and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of production equipment and manufacturing techniques.
Experience Level Recent engineering graduates are encouraged to apply.
Experienced Manufacturing Engineers with 8+ years of relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.
Compensation will be based on qualifications and experience.
