- Ensure flawless execution of new program launches within the ISG business portfolio.
- Ensure implementation and adherence to the Cooper Standard Launch Management System (CLauS).
- Lead cross-functional teams comprised of engineering, program management, sales and manufacturing to achieve launch metrics.
- Develop and manage launch dashboard for timely reporting.
- Lead and oversee programs and projects assigned to his/her department.
- Responsible for on-time execution of ClauS at plant level from equipment purchasing, installation, run-off and release for production.
- Provide support during quoting process.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and meet customer expectations regarding costumer service, product quality, on-time delivery communications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Business, or a related technical discipline.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in automotive or industrial manufacturing with increasing responsibility in program management, launch management, manufacturing operations, or a combination of these areas.
- Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel regularly between manufacturing facilities.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, APQP, PPAP, customer launch requirements, and cross-functional program execution.
- Experience in automotive companies, preferably with launch experience.
- Knowledge in IATF Quality System.
Demonstrates expertise in program management and launch management within the automotive manufacturing sector, ensuring adherence to quality systems and customer satisfaction through effective cross-functional team leadership and communication.
