Location: St. Louis
Torrey Holistics in St. Louis, MO, seeks a Tooling and Molding Process Optimization Leader to own performance from tool room to finished part. You’ll lead 15–17 technicians and operators and drive uptime, output, and capability through data-driven roadmaps.
You’ll mentor teams, manage tooling, molds, and machines for blow and injection molding, translate KPIs into action plans, and collaborate with operations, product management, and customers. Relocation support is available.
