Schedule:
Wednesday, Thursday & Friday 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM
As a Manufacturing Technician, you'll play a critical role in producing high-quality products by operating and maintaining manufacturing equipment in a fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities- Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment.
- Perform equipment setup, changeovers, cleaning, disassembly, reassembly, and lubrication.
- Support production goals while maintaining quality and safety standards.
- Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Complete batch records and production documentation accurately.
- Utilize SAP to create material requests, confirm transfer orders, issue handling units, and other inventory-related tasks.
- Operate Work Savers, forklifts, stand-up/sit-down lifts, and manlifts as needed.
- Follow GMP, SOP, quality, and compliance requirements.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional teams.
- Report safety concerns immediately and promote a safe work environment.
- Manufacturing or production experience
- SAP experience
- RF/Scan Gun experience
- Work Saver or Forklift experience
- Machine operation experience
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Basic computer skills preferred.
- Ability to frequently lift 5-25 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
