Location: St. Louis

Our rapid growth has created exciting opportunities for Chemical Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for operating equipment, handling materials, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring products are produced safely and efficiently.

What you’ll do:
  • Prepare and process raw materials by accurately measuring, weighing, and adding ingredients according to production requirements.
  • Operate a variety of manufacturing equipment, including mixers, blenders, mills, dryers, and other processing systems.
  • Monitor production activities to ensure compliance with established procedures and quality expectations.
  • Package finished goods, apply product labels, and complete production records accurately and on time.
  • Conduct routine quality inspections and in-process testing to verify product specifications are met. Support operational excellence initiatives by identifying opportunities for process improvements.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following sanitation and housekeeping standards.
What you’ll bring:
  • Ability to frequently lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Availability to work 12-hour shifts and adjust to varying schedules as business needs require.
  • Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment where temperatures may fluctuate and airborne dust, colors, or allergens may be present.
  • Understanding of workplace safety practices and the ability to follow GMP and environmental guidelines.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Previous experience in manufacturing, production, food, chemical, or industrial operations is a plus.
