Schedule: Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM-10:30 PM (Full-Time)
Pay: Competitive pay based on experience, plus a 15% shift differential

- Set up and operate CNC machines, including lathes, mills, and machining centers
- Interpret blueprints, drawings, specifications, and work instructions to produce quality parts
- Select, install, and adjust tooling as needed for production requirements
- Load materials, secure parts, and run jobs according to established specifications
- Inspect and measure finished parts using precision measuring instruments to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Complete production and work order documentation accurately
- Perform routine machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Collaborate with team members and assist with training and mentoring less experienced operators
- Follow all safety, quality, and continuous improvement practices
- Experience setting up and operating CNC machining equipment in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications
- Strong understanding of machining processes, tooling, feeds, speeds, and part quality requirements
- Experience using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- Good problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet production goals
- Willingness to work overtime as needed to support production requirements
- Three or more years of CNC machining experience
- Vocational, technical, or trade school training in machining, fabrication, or a related field
- Experience performing machine setups and tool changes with minimal supervision
- Experience working in a custom or job-shop manufacturing environment
