Operate shredding plant equipment including shredder and conveyors;
Monitor material flow and prevent production disruptions;
Adjust shredder settings to maintain material size/quality;
Perform pre- and post-shift inspections and routine maintenance;
Operate heavy equipment during maintenance/cleanup or when not running shredder
