2:00 PM-10:30 PM Monday–Friday | Full-Time
Pay:
Competitive pay based on experience + 15% Shift Differential

- You’ll operate multiple CNC machines and expand your skillset

- Set up and operate CNC machines (lathes, mills, and machining centers)
- Load materials, secure parts, and execute work orders based on specifications and blueprints
- Ensure parts meet quality standards through inspection and measurement
Complete work order documentation accurately - Perform routine machine maintenance and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Collaborate with team members and assist with training others
- Follow all safety and quality standards while actively contributing ideas for improvement
- Ability to read blueprints and follow written instructions
- Experience operating CNC equipment or similar machining tools
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy
- Basic to intermediate math skills and problem‑solving ability
- Experience using measurement tools (calipers, gauges, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities
- Willingness to work overtime as needed to support production
- Prior manufacturing or machining experience
- Vocational or technical training in machining or fabrication
