We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist with hands-on Hydromat experience to join our Machine Shop weekend shift. This position is ideal for a skilled machinist who understands the setup, operation, tooling, adjustment, and troubleshooting requirements of Hydromat rotary transfer machines
. Shift is a weekend shift 5AM-5PM Friday-Saturday-Sunday.
The successful candidate will take pride in producing high-quality precision components while maintaining efficient production and resolving machining challenges. This is an excellent opportunity for a machinist with strong mechanical aptitude and a passion for precision manufacturing.
Key Qualifications Required- Hands-on experience operating and machining with Hydromat equipment
- 3+ years of machining, setup, or related CNC experience
- Experience setting up, operating, adjusting, and troubleshooting machining equipment
- Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills
- Working knowledge of G-Code and M-Code
- Experience setting and adjusting tooling, offsets, speeds, and feeds
- Proficiency using precision measuring instruments, including calipers, micrometers, and bore gauges
- Ability to identify and troubleshoot tooling, machining, and quality issues
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards for quality, safety, and productivity
- Hydromat setup, changeover, and process adjustment experience
- Experience troubleshooting Hydromat tooling, stations, and machining processes
- Experience making tooling adjustments to maintain part quality and production efficiency
- Background in high-volume precision machining
- Experience with additional CNC equipment such as Haas, Ganesh, Index, Okuma, or Citizen
- Minor CNC program editing and process optimization
- Experience mentoring or training other machinists
- A continuous-improvement mindset with strong attention to detail
Pay is hourly $34-$42 an hour. Plus full benefits including health, life, dental and vision. With
