The Experienced Specialty Welder Fabricator will perform full-time, on-site work at our Jefferson County, MO location, fabricating and welding metal components to precise specifications. Day-to-day responsibilities include reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and work orders; setting up welding equipment; and performing specialty welding processes on various metals. The role involves cutting, forming, and assembling metal parts, inspecting completed work for quality and accuracy, and making adjustments as needed.

The individual will collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet production schedules, follow safety protocols, maintain tools and equipment, and assist in continuous improvement of fabrication processes.

• Strong experience in specialty welding and fabrication, including proficiency with common welding processes (e.g., MIG, TIG, stick) and metal finishing techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions, with solid measurement and layout skills.
• Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety, including proper use of PPE, safe operation of tools and equipment, and adherence to company safety policies.
• Experience working with a variety of metals and fabrication tools (e.g., cutting, grinding, forming, and assembly equipment).
• Effective problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to produce high-quality, precise work in a production environment.
• Reliable work ethic with the ability to work on-site full time, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate with a diverse team.
• Previous experience as a welder fabricator in an industrial or commercial setting; relevant certifications in welding or fabrication are a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in welding, metal fabrication, or a related field is preferred.
