We are seeking a highly experienced Pattern Maker with extensive expertise in both men's and women's ready-to-wear. The ideal candidate has spent years developing premium apparel across multiple product categories and possesses an exceptional understanding of garment construction, fit, grading, and manufacturing. This person will translate design concepts into production-ready patterns while driving consistency, quality, and technical excellence throughout the development process.
This role requires someone who enjoys solving technical challenges, mentoring others, and partnering closely with both domestic teams and overseas factories.
- Engineer garments that balance aesthetics, comfort, functionality, and manufacturability.
- Ensure patterns are optimized for efficient production without compromising quality.
- Participate in all fit sessions.
- Execute precise pattern corrections following fittings.
- Partner with Fit Team for alignments on improvements that enhance fit, durability, and cost efficiency.
- Maintain consistent fit standards across all product categories.
- Collaborate with Product Development on prototype evaluation and construction methods.
- Communicate directly with overseas factories to resolve pattern and fit challenges.
