Thisisahands-onleadershipopportunityforsomeonewhounderstandsmanufacturingandassemblyprocessesandenjoysbeinginvolvedwithbothpeopleandproduction.
What You’llDo- Overseethe day-to-dayoperationoftheassemblylines.
- Coordinateproductionscheduleswiththe Production Scheduler .
- Ensureequipmentisproperlysetupandreadyforproduction.
- Trainandoverseesetup,sample,andoperatorpersonnel.
- Troubleshootassemblyequipmentandlabelingsystems.
- Updatebillsofmaterials(BOMs) androuterswhenprocesseschange.
- Monitorqualityandensuresafetyproceduresarefollowed.
- Helpmaintainproperstaffingandproductionflow.
- Workdirectlywiththeteamtoidentifyandresolveproductionissues.
- Balance hands-ontechnicaltroubleshootingwithsupervisionandproductiondemands.
- 3–5+yearsofmanufacturingandassemblyexperience.
- Previous supervisory,lead,orteam-lead experience.
- Strongunderstandingofassemblyprocessesandequipmentoperation.
- Mechanicaltroubleshootingabilityandahands-onapproachtoproblemsolving.
- Strongunderstandingofmanufacturingsafetypractices.
- Highschooldiplomaorequivalent.
- Microsoft Office experience.
- ExperienceworkingwithanERPsystem;
Dynamicsisaplus. - Abilitytocommunicateeffectivelyandkeepproductionmovinginafast-paced environment.
- Metalfabricationorweldingexperience.
- Technical degree.
- CADorfixture/toolingdesignexperience.
- Lean/Six Sigma experience.
