Why join Laciny Bros.?

Laciny Bros. is looking for an experienced CNC Programmer / Machinist who enjoys challenging work and wants to do more than run the same production job every day.

This is a true job shop environment-not a repetitive production shop. You'll regularly program, set up, and machine new parts from different materials, primarily stainless steel. You'll have the autonomy to determine machining approaches, develop complex setups, create fixtures, and solve problems as they arise.

The position offers $35-$42 per hour, opportunities for overtime, and a strong benefits package that includes 100% company-paid health insurance, profit sharing, and a 401(k) match.
