Are you the machinist who loves a challenge?

Do you see a blueprint and instantly visualize the setup? Can you move seamlessly between manual lathes, mills, and CNC equipment? In St. Louis, MO, you’ll turn complex drawings into precisely machined parts using state-of-the-art tools—while collaborating with a team that values initiative and craftsmanship.

Your mission

Transform specifications into tangible, high-quality components by combining technical know-how, careful planning, and disciplined execution.

What you’ll tackle
  • Set up and operate manual lathes, mills, and CNC machines to produce parts to spec.
  • Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and detailed job specs to determine the best machining approach.
  • Monitor operations, verify dimensions, and adjust feeds, speeds, and offsets to ensure consistent quality.
  • Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot issues to keep production on track.
  • Uphold a clean, organized, and safe work area in line with company protocols.
  • Partner with teammates to identify process improvements and enhance throughput.
  • Accurately log production data and maintain clear records of work performed.
What sets you up for success
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional machining coursework or certification is advantageous.
  • Proven background in machining with solid process understanding.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints with confidence.
  • Experience with CNC operation and programming is strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Resourceful problem-solver; effective both independently and in a team.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing safety standards and best practices.

If you’re energized by precision work, collaboration, and continuous improvement, this role is for you.
