Custom Staffing has partnered with a local Manufacturing Company to add Machine Operator to their team in Bluffton, OH. This is a Temp to Hire opportunity.

PositionAssembly/Machine Operating/Manufacturing
Hours2:50pm - 11:10pm
Pay Rate$18.00 +$1 shift diff
Key Responsibilities- Standard Operating Procedures: Read and understand SOPs
- Production Processes:
Efficient operation of production processes in accordance with established manufacturing and operation standards. - Equipment Support: Provide hands‑on maintenance support for all production equipment to minimize operational downtime.
- Quality & Safety Checks: Perform quality checks on products being manufactured.
- Plant Support: Execute other related production duties and tasks as directly assigned by Plant Supervision.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: One or more years of working in a manufacturing environment.
- Team Environment
: demonstrated ability to work in a team environment. - Communication: Good written and verbal skills; must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
- Work Ethic: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a strong team-oriented mindset.
- Safety First: A strong personal commitment to industrial safety standards and protocols.
- Documentation: Capable of reading, understanding, and properly completing required plant paperwork.
