The MissionTransform raw stock into precision components by setting up and operating CNC lathes and mills. With careful blueprint interpretation and disciplined process control, you’ll ensure every feature meets dimensional requirements—part after part.
Your Impact- Translate blueprints and routers into efficient machine setups.
- Set up and operate a Swiss-type CNC lathe or a CNC milling center across a range of jobs.
- Apply limited program edits and offsets to hold tight tolerances.
- Use micrometers and calipers to verify dimensions while keeping production moving.
- Support team performance by assisting lower-level operators when needed.
- Uphold plant rules, safety practices, and workplace policies.
Monday–Thursday, 3:15 PM to 1:45 AM
What You Bring- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3–5 years of CNC machining experience or a relevant technical degree.
- Ability to read and apply blueprints, process routers, and Standard Operating Procedures.
- Fine motor control to carry out precision operations.
- Mostly standing; occasional sitting.
- Limited bending and twisting.
- Ability to move up to 50 lbs between workstations.
- Visual acuity to spot subtle quality non-conformities.
