We are seeking a skilled and motivated Tablet Production Manager to support our tablet manufacturing operations. This role reports directly to the Facility Manager and oversees the full lifecycle of directly compressible tablet formulations — from batching and blending to compression and coating — ensuring production runs safely, efficiently, and in compliance with cGMP and regulatory standards. This is a hands‑on leadership position in a dynamic production environment, focused on delivering consistent, high‑quality tablet products.

Key Responsibilities- Production Oversight: Oversee all pre‑compression upstream activities, including dispensing, blending, and R&D testing, to ensure materials are available for compression and coating with enough lead time to meet production schedules. Compress and coat all tablets per applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), including in‑process quality checks at designated intervals to ensure products meet established standards.
- Machinery Operation & Maintenance: Operate, perform preventative maintenance on, and troubleshoot all tablet production machinery and auxiliary equipment in accordance with safety and compliance guidelines.
- Documentation & Compliance: Accurately complete batch records, logs, and other production documentation in accordance with GDP and cGMP requirements.
- Problem Solving: Proactively identify, address, and resolve operational issues to minimize downtime and maintain steady production flow that meets scheduled timelines.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational or technical training preferred.
- Minimum 4 years of machine operation experience in a manufacturing, pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, or food production environment.
- Strong technical and mechanical aptitude, with excellent attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted and work in a production environment with exposure to dust, raw materials, and plant‑based powders.
- Ability to travel for two 2‑week training deployments in New York.
- Factory‑based position with potential exposure to airborne materials typical of tablet manufacturing.
- Appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) provided and required at all times in production areas.
