Production Supervisor

• Guide a diverse team of production partners in a food manufacturing setting
• Participate in Production Leader training covering production processes, coaching, mentoring, and resolving production, safety, and quality matters
• Communicate expectations and provide ongoing performance feedback
• Guide production teams to maximize efficiencies and achieve daily production goals
• Assist with company, plant, and department processes and programs
• Monitor training to prepare team members for success
• Support diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts
• Identify waste and cost-reduction opportunities through daily problem solving
• Participate in capital improvement projects
• Resolve roadblocks to maximize production efficiencies
• Collaborate with others to support customer-focused efforts
• Develop and demonstrate knowledge of government regulations
• Represent the plant during regulatory, customer, and internal audits
• Establish and audit standard operating procedures to ensure customer requirements are met

• Bachelor’s degree in dairy, food science, agriculture, business, or related field preferred
• High school diploma or GED with 3–5 years of proven leadership or manufacturing experience
• Ability to communicate with influence, both written and verbally
• Proactive, self-accountable, solution-focused approach
• Continuous desire to learn, grow, and improve
• Ability to collaborate with partners from diverse backgrounds and support a culture of dignity and respect
• Ability to stand up to 12 hours per day
• Ability to walk up to 60 minutes per hour
• Ability to sit up to 15 minutes per hour
• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds
• Ability to bend, squat, and twist
• Ability to work nights and weekends
• Authorization to work in the United States; sponsorship determined at Schreiber Foods’ discretion
• For positions requiring travel: valid driver’s license, auto insurance, acceptable driving record, and suitable vehicle
