Warehouse WOrker

We are seeking a team-focused individual to handle manual assembly and packaging duties. You will contribute to our production line by managing component packaging, loading bottles onto conveyors, applying labels to cartons, and organizing finished inventory.

Reporting to the production manager, you will ensure that all items are accurately coded, labeled, and prepared for shipment.

• Verify that all components and codes align with the specific packaging requirements.
• Load bottles onto the conveyor system to maintain steady production flow.
• Apply labels to bags and cases to ensure accurate product identification.
• Help prepare finished goods for transport by packing and stacking items efficiently.
• Support quality control efforts by notifying the supervisor of any damaged or off-spec items.
• Contribute to a safer workplace by keeping your station tidy and performing end-of-shift cleaning.
• Utilize all necessary personal protective equipment at all times.
• Demonstrate reliability by arriving on time for every shift and providing advance notice for any absences.

You may be assigned other responsibilities as requested by your supervisor or the production manager.

• Lifting:
  Must be capable of lifting weights up to 50 lbs.
• Standing:
  Ability to remain on your feet for 8 to 9 hours daily.
• Bending:
  Frequent bending is required.
• Climbing:
  Minimal climbing is necessary.

Work takes place in both climate-controlled and non-climate-controlled areas, meaning temperatures will fluctuate. The facility features good lighting and minimal dust.

Employees are required to wear safety glasses, gloves, and safety-toe footwear. Hearing protection may also be mandatory in specific zones.

• Physical stamina to remain standing and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to interpret safety information, SDS sheets, and production documentation.
• Up to one year of experience in manufacturing or light assembly is considered an asset.
