As a member of our top tier welding team, you have a major impact on our customers and business. You work at job sites, executing projects with top quality for our customers, as well as in our shop.

• Participate in work site operations to complete jobs on time and within target budget margins
• Join, fabricate and repair metal by utilizing appropriate welding techniques
• Collaborate with the site team to ensure you help meet all project specifications
• Communicate project progress and/or difficulties for necessary support and guidance
• Assemble fabricated materials and equipment
• Interpret blueprints, specifications, diagrams or schematics to determine the appropriate welding processes for the job

Total compensation includes your pay, potential short‑term incentive opportunities, comprehensive medical/dental/vision programs, as well as life insurance, disability insurance, paid time off programs, a retirement savings plan with a company match, and a wellness program.

Base Salary Range: $53,144 - $91,104

• High School Diploma or GED
• Two or more years experience operating as a commercial welder on stainless steel
• Experience with GTAW and Sanitary Purge Welding required
• Thorough knowledge of welding best practices and safety procedures
• Able to demonstrate your abilities through an on‑site welding test
