The Senior Writer will leverage expertise in B2B content and web conversion to enhance digital strategies and drive business growth. This role is responsible for evaluating and refining digital assets—including the homepage, emails, paid media, and sales materials—to improve engagement and customer acquisition. Proficiency in blog writing, email marketing, web content creation, and SEO is essential, as is the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external teams.
Experience with tools like Pardot/SFMC Account Engagement, Word Press, and Google Analytics is preferred.
- Plan, track, and manage the end-to-end delivery of SEO content, ensuring alignment with deadlines, quality standards, and business goals.
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and marketing teams to ensure all SEO content is optimized for target keywords and meets search engine best practices.
- Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to refine delivery processes and enhance the impact of future SEO initiatives.
- Write and oversee the distribution of all prospect and MQL emails, ensuring messaging is aligned with US Cloud’s brand and conversion objectives.
- Design and execute email campaigns via SFMC or Pardot, monitoring open and click-through rates to continuously improve email performance.
- Work with the marketing team to develop segmented email lists, ensuring that content reaches relevant audiences for optimal engagement and lead nurturing.
- Partner with paid media, sales, and creative teams to align content strategies with overall business goals and ensure cohesive messaging across departments.
- Craft compelling stories that communicate the US Cloud brand, values, and offerings, leveraging insights from other departments to strengthen the company’s messaging.
- Ensure that all content reflects a consistent narrative, adapting stories for different mediums and audiences to enhance the company’s storytelling efforts.
- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to optimize website assets, including content, metadata, and technical elements, for improved search engine rankings.
- Oversee the production, optimization, and deployment of all website assets, ensuring alignment with SEO goals and seamless integration into the broader digital strategy.
- Conduct regular audits of website performance and implement improvements to enhance traffic, usability, and search visibility.
- 10+ years of experience in content creation, with a strong emphasis in B2B writing.
- Extensive experience in Mar Tech, including blogging tools, marketing automation, Word Press, etc.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO practices and tools.
- Strong research skills and the ability to manage projects independently.
- Experience in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
- Pardot/SFMC Account Engagement, Word Press and Google Analytics
- Previous experience in the IT industry
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
