The Business Insights Manager plays a critical role in turning data into actionable strategies that drive growth, optimize marketing performance, and deepen customer understanding. This role partners closely with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Product teams to inform decisions with strong analytical rigor and business storytelling.

• Analyze marketing performance across channels (digital, brand, CRM, events, product marketing) to identify trends, drivers, and opportunities.
• Build dashboards and scorecards to track KPIs such as funnel conversion, campaign ROI, brand health, and customer acquisition cost.
• Develop segmentation, customer journey insights, and behavioral analyses to optimize targeting and personalization.

• Provide thought leadership by translating complex data into strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
• Conduct market, customer, and competitive analyses to support long‑range planning and commercial strategy.
• Forecast marketing contribution to pipeline, revenue, and retention using statistical models and scenario planning.

• Design and evaluate A/B tests, attribution models, and performance experiments to improve marketing efficiency.
• Assess ROI for marketing investments and guide budget allocation based on data-driven insights.

• Partner with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Finance to align on metrics, business goals, and insight needs.
• Influence decision-makers by delivering clear, compelling narratives supported by data.
• Serve as the analytics thought partner for campaign planning, GTM strategy, and product launches.

• Work closely with data engineering and BI teams to improve data quality, infrastructure, and accessibility.
• Utilize tools such as Power BI/Tableau, SQL, Excel, CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), and marketing analytics platforms.

• Bachelor's degree in Business , Marketing, Analytics, Economics, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, business insights, strategy, or related role
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in BI tools, SQL, and data storytelling
• Experience with marketing performance measurement and multi channel attribution
• Ability to simplify complex analytical findings for non technical audiences

• Master's degree (MBA, Marketing Analytics, or similar)
• Experience in a data-driven B2B or B2C environment
• Familiarity with CDPs, marketing automation (e.g., Hub Spot, Marketo), and experimentation frameworks
