Social Media and Marketing Assistant

Far fetched Studios is looking for an experienced, driven, and highly organized Social Media & Marketing Assistant to join our St. Louis team.

We’re a fast-paced marketing agency, which means there are always projects moving, new things to learn, and plenty to do. We’re looking for someone who can learn quickly, stay organized, take ownership of their work, and eventually run with projects without needing constant direction.

This isn’t just another social media job. You'll get hands‑on experience across many aspects of marketing and have the opportunity to grow your career as your responsibilities and skills grow.

• Manage client and company social media accounts
• Create, schedule, and monitor social content
• Help identify new trends, ideas, and opportunities
• Review reporting and marketing analytics
• Manage client lists and online directory listings
• Create and post blog content
• Manage and grow You Tube accounts
• Proofread marketing materials and content
• Handle co‑op advertising documentation and submissions
• Make website updates and assist with ongoing maintenance
• Track projects and follow up to make sure things get completed

And yes, there will be other things.
It’s an agency — there’s always something going on, so you won’t be bored.

You should be:

• Experienced in social media and/or marketing
• Extremely organized and detail-oriented
• A fast learner and comfortable with technology
• Self-reliant and willing to figure things out
• Comfortable juggling multiple projects
• Reliable and good at following through
• Willing to ask questions when you need help
• Curious about what’s next in marketing
• Interested in building a career

Starting Salary: $50,000/year + a competitive benefits package.
