DeSales Community Development is a community-based non-profit formed in 1976 to serve the Fox Park and Tower Grove East neighborhoods in the City of St. Louis. DeSales promotes the ongoing growth of neighborhoods as healthy, diverse urban communities with quality housing.

The Community Services Coordination (CSC) VISTA will enhance resident engagement in affordable housing and develop sustainable programming in collaboration with DeSales’ Community Services Manager. The VISTA will promote affordable housing resident stability and goal achievement through community partner engagement, development of wraparound support resources, and continuous quality improvement. As DeSales scales up its core CSC programming and builds new responsive initiatives, the VISTA will play a key role in supporting program implementation and documenting organizational activates.
