* We're hiring
* independent contractor NPs
* to conduct
* in-home health evaluations

* Medicaid*, and commercial health plan members. Build trusted relationships while helping people re-engage with their health.
* Compensation:
* * Earn *$2,500 to $4,000 weekly
* * *$80 base rate
* per completed assessment
* Average
* 6-9 patient visits daily

* * Additional pay-per-test compensation
* for qualifying visits
* Position Details:

* * Flexible scheduling
* Monday through Sunday (no nights/weekends required)
