Mercy is seeking a Nurse Navigator to be the driving force behind exceptional patient care. In this role, youll mentor caregivers, coordinate care plans, and ensure patients receive safe, timely, and high-quality care. From pre-op education to discharge planning and follow-up, youll be the connector that makes the patient journey seamless.

Support and guide care teams to deliver outstanding outcomes;
Coordinate patient care plans and discharge planning.

Promote best practices, safety, and efficiency across inpatient and outpatient settings.

Nurse Navigator Mercy South:
Heart & Vascular EP (Electrophysiology)
Location:Mercy, 10012 Kennerly Rd, St. Louis, MO 63128
Schedule:Full-Time | 40 hours/week | Day Shift

Qualifications

• Licensure: Current RN (Registered Nurse) license in state of Missouri.

  Graduate from an accredited school of nursing

• Preferred Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

  Active BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
