As a Hospice Aide, you'll be part of a close-knit team focused on providing comfort, dignity, and peace to patients and families during end-of-life care. You'll work hand-in-hand with nurse case managers to ensure consistent, respectful care where it matters most - at home.

What You'll Do

* Provide personal care such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and feeding

* Follow the Hospice Aide Plan of Care with professionalism and compassion

* Document care and observations accurately and on time

* Communicate changes or concerns to the nurse case manager

* Safely use and assist with durable medical equipment

* Support patients' comfort, dignity, and daily routines

What You Bring

* Must be 18 years of age or older

* Missouri CNA certification required

* Hospice or long-term care experience preferred

* Valid driver's license and reliable, insured vehicle

* Willingness to travel up to 60 miles occasionally from our Maryland Heights office
