Missouri Locations:

• SSM Health DePaul Hospital in Bridgeton, MO
- 540-bed community hospital
- Conveniently located near the intersection of I-70 and 270.

• SSM Health St. Mary's Hospital in Richmond Heights, MO
- Academic facility for SLUCare Physician Group
- Centrally located in St. Louis County

Wisconsin

Location:

• SSM Health St. Mary's Hospital in Madison, WI
- Level II Trauma Center in the heart of Madison

Your

Qualifications:

• Background in palliative care, oncology, or critical care

• Graduate of nationally accredited Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) Program
- Acute Care Nurse Practitioner Certification preferred

• Ability to obtain PA/NP licensure in the appropriate state (WI or MO)
