Join Our Team

We are searching for a confident and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to provide a key role in establishing and growing a new location in Chesterfield!

Opportunity

  • Full-time position
  • No nights, weekends or holidays
  • Small medical office clinic located within a retirement community
  • Support staff includes one Office Supervisor/Medical Assistant
  • NP is the sole practitioner in the office
  • You will have an Esse Health collaborating physician located in West County
Day-to-Day

  • Provide comprehensive primary care services to adult/geriatric patients
  • Conduct patient evaluations, physical exams, and diagnostic assessments
  • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
  • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with physician partner
  • Emphasize preventive care, wellness, and patient education
  • Document patient care accurately and efficiently in the electronic health record (Next Gen)
  • Coordinate care with specialists and other members of the healthcare team
  • Participate in quality improvement and care coordination initiatives
Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree of Science in Nursing
  • Current Nurse Practitioner licensure in Missouri (or eligibility)
  • Certified Nurse Practitioner (or eligibility)
  • Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to patient-centered, team-based care
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with physicians
