  The starting salary for entry level will likely be in the $95,000 - $112,000 range (factors may include candidate experience and specific role within the office)

• Monday-Friday clinic hours
• No nights, weekends, or holidays
• Outpatient focused clinical practice
• Full and part-time openings
  • Part-time opening is 30 hours per week:
    Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 8a-5p, and Friday 8a-3p
  • Full-time opening:
    Monday - Thursday 8a-5p, and Friday 8a-2p
    • Full-time opening requires 1 week of phone call only per month, and vacation coverage as needed

• Join a collaborative team and develop a 1:1 relationship with patients and clinical staff members
• Conduct patient evaluations, physical exams, and diagnostic assessments
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with physician partners
• Emphasize preventive care, wellness, and patient education
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently in the electronic health record (Next Gen)
• Coordinate care with specialists and other members of the healthcare team
• Participate in quality improvement and care coordination initiatives

• Masters Degree of Science in Nursing or Physician Assistant-Masters Degree
• Current Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant licensure in Missouri (or eligibility)
• Certified Physician Assistant or Certified Nurse Practitioner (or eligibility)
• 3+ years' experience preferred
• Medicare Advantage panel management experience a plus
• Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to patient-centered, team-based care
• Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with physicians
