We are searching for compassionate and experienced Advanced Practice Providers (NP/PA) to join our primary care team. Focus on delivering high-quality care in a supportive, physician-led environment!

The starting salary for entry level will likely be in the $95,000 - $112,000 range (factors may include candidate experience and specific role within the office) - Benefits within your first 30 days (must work a minimum of 30 hours per week to be eligible)

- Full and part-time openings
- Part-time opening is 30 hours per week:
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 8a-5p, and Friday 8a-3p - Full-time opening:
Monday - Thursday 8a-5p, and Friday 8a-2p- Full-time opening requires 1 week of phone call only per month, and vacation coverage as needed
- Part-time opening is 30 hours per week:
- Join a collaborative team and develop a 1:1 relationship with patients and clinical staff members
- Conduct patient evaluations, physical exams, and diagnostic assessments
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with physician partners
- Emphasize preventive care, wellness, and patient education
- Document patient care accurately and efficiently in the electronic health record (Next Gen)
- Coordinate care with specialists and other members of the healthcare team
- Participate in quality improvement and care coordination initiatives
- Masters Degree of Science in Nursing or Physician Assistant-Masters Degree
- Current Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant licensure in Missouri (or eligibility)
- Certified Physician Assistant or Certified Nurse Practitioner (or eligibility)
- 3+ years' experience preferred
- Medicare Advantage panel management experience a plus
- Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to patient-centered, team-based care
- Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with physicians
