• Admit, transfer and discharge residents with documentation regarding care and service provided.
• Accurately chart in resident's EMR that reflects care administered.
• Wears proper PPE when necessary.
• Administer treatment and medications timely; orders and performs diagnostic tests timely.
• Assumes nursing administrative duties on weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• Effectively communicate to outgoing RN during shift change.
• Investigative resident/family complaints and takes appropriate actions to bring it to resolution.
• Complies with state and Federal regulations in all matters; participate in facility surveys as scheduled.
• Works collaboratively with all members of the healthcare team; carries out physician's orders.
• Other duties, responsibilities and activities may change or be assigned at any time.

• Graduate of an approved Nursing program (RN) licensed in MO
• 2 years' experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Reliable transportation
