Seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the CVICU in Saint Louis, Missouri.

Staff. Facility: 6-bed CVICU.

• Promotes patient and family‑centered care in a healing environment.
• Educates patients and their families on illness or injury management, home‑care needs, and medication administration.
• Participates in activities that promote patient safety, quality, regulatory compliance, and professional development.
• Develops, implements, and documents individualized plans of care with defined goals in collaboration with the interprofessional team and the patient, family, or caregiver.
• Proactively plans and ensures communication of the plan of care across the continuum of care.
• Uses critical nursing skills to assess and evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs according to standards of care.
• Assesses patient preferences and barriers to involvement in care, including values, emotional, spiritual, cultural, and population‑specific needs.
• Works as a safety‑sensitive employee, maintaining constant alertness and safe behavior at all times.

• Minimum:
  Nursing Diploma or Associate’s Degree in Nursing;
  Registered Nurse license.
• Preferred:
  Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing; ICU experience; CVICU experience preferred.
