Registered Nurse - Long Term Acute Care - LTAC

Responsibilities:- Provide continuous assessment, monitoring, and care to patients with complex medical conditions, ensuring their stability and addressing any changes in health status.
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including doctors, therapists, and other healthcare professionals, to develop and implement personalized care plans for long-term recovery.
- Administer prescribed medications, monitor their effects, and adjust dosages as necessary, while also educating patients and families about medication regimens.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families, helping them understand the long‑term care process, recovery goals, and self‑care practices for managing chronic conditions.
- MO Registered Nurse license
- Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Certifications
- Pay: $1,848.71 - $1,905.89 / week
- Location: ST. LOUIS, MO
- Assignment Length: 16
- Shift: Night - up to 36.00 hours per week
- Setting: Hospital
- Workplace: On-site
