The OR nurse is responsible for providing direct patient care in a surgical setting ensuring a safe and sterile environment, collaborating with the surgical team to deliver high quality outcomes. The ideal candidate will have strong critical thinking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.
The Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) responsibilities include but are not limited to: supporting team management activities such as hiring, onboarding, and performance feedback; assisting with productivity and departmental goals; contributing to budget awareness and resource management; and promoting high-quality patient care and compliance with organizational standards.

Preferred QualificationsRole Purpose
Coordinates patient care, personnel management, maintenance of equipment, equipment purchased, and statistical accumulation.
Responsibilities
evaluate and conduct performance reviews as assigned; draft and issue corrective actions/coaching; follow up regarding any disciplinary action to determine compliance.
