- Required Education
:
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing. Bachelor's Degree of Science in Nursing. - Required Experience
: 1 year acute care hospital setting. - Preferred Experience
: 2 years acute care hospital setting;
Care Management or Utilization Management experience. - Required Licensure
:
Current RN License in the state of employment. - Required Certifications
: BLS (Basic Life Support) at hire date, or within 90 days. - Preferred Certification
:
Certification in Case Management.
