Responsibilities of Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA):- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions to nursing staff
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of resident care - Support residents with transfers, ambulation, and positioning
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to implement individualized care plans
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment while following infection control procedures
- Promote a positive and supportive atmosphere for residents, families, and staff
