Safe, supportive nurse-to-patient ratios:
- Labor & Birth: 1:2
- High-Risk: 1:1 (based on acuity)
Structured support for experienced nurses:
- Strong unit-based leadership
- Ongoing education & certification support
- Collaborative care with expert physicians
- Shift: Full-Time/Part-time/PRN
- FTE: Flexible options available
- Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000 (eligible roles)
- Experience: 1+ year Labor & Birth RN experience
- Education: Nursing degree from an accredited program
- License: Active RN license (state or compact)
- Certifications:
- BLS (AHA)
- NRP
- ACLS
- Intermediate Fetal Heart Rate Training provided for Labor RNs
- Preferred: RNC-OB, C-EFM (encouraged, not required)
Starting Day One (For those working at least 16 hours per week):
