About the Role:

Day Shift - 8am - 4:30pm, 40 Hours per week. No nights, weekends, or on-call hours.

Salary (Exempt) status:
Average of 10 patients per day, clinical setting: $7500.

Sign on Bonus (External Candidates Only).

The Nurse Practitioner is an advanced practice nurse who utilizes a high degree of knowledge, skill and competence in a specialized patient care area. This position assesses, diagnoses, prescribes, initiates plan of care and evaluates outcomes within the scope of a formal collaborative practice agreement with physician(s).

• Participates in professional development.
• Manages the healthcare of patient populations with compassion through advanced health assessment, diagnosis, intervention, and evaluation in a collaborative practice agreement with a physician.
• Prescriptive responsibilities are reviewed by a collaborative physician.
• Coordinates the care of patient populations, in a collaborative practice agreement with a physician, ensuring promotion of health and wellness through education and referral placement.
• Assesses staff development needs and delivers appropriate educational programs.
• Develops treatment plans and treats patients with acute problems, illnesses, and minor injuries following a predetermined protocol in a collaborative practice agreement with a physician.

  Master’s Degree in Nursing (Accredited NP Program).
• Experience:
