• Hire, train, assign work, evaluate performance, and conduct professional development plans for staff.
• Ensure productivity and actions of the team align with department operational goals.
• Develop and maintain departmental staffing and budget plans, responding to business changes that affect budget objectives.
• Direct the delivery of safe, evidence‑based patient care.
• Maintain compliance with policies, regulatory requirements, and professional standards, updating procedures as needed.
• Promote customer satisfaction, monitor process indicators, and drive quality improvement initiatives.
• Research, evaluate, and implement systems to improve unit efficiency.
• Support and promote the growth of existing or new business/programs.

• BSN or equivalent nursing degree.
• RN license.
• 2–5 years RN experience, including leadership and behavioral health experience.

• Master’s degree in nursing or related field.
• 5–10 years RN experience.
• 2–5 years supervised RN leadership experience.
